“Non-existent customer service. I should receive a refund for my printer today, but now they're telling me to wait until October 7th. They received my printer on September 6th. Additionally, the customer service assistant closed the chat session. Sorry, guys. I've spent a small fortune with you, but it's time to close my account.”

“Amazon wouldn't post my review so I'll do it here! Don't buy these toddler boots! Top pic what I've got and bottom one what I've ordered! You'll waste your time and money! Because they have made a mistake and they don't care! They won't fix it! They won't apologise! It's your own problem! You'll have to do all for them! Run around, find the place where you could send these back, they will take forever to give you money back too! What a waste!!!!! Very disappointed and disgusted! Been loyal customer for years, but after this experience gonna have else where to shop!”

“Delivery is very sporadic - sometimes it’s delivery to door, sometimes it’s thrown over the gate, sometimes in greenhouse, sometimes even in behind a bin by garage but told left in greenhouse. I am a prime customer and this is what you get. Although it’s quick despatch and delivery it’s a game of hunt my parcel.”

“Never had a problem with deliveries or returns. Site is set out well with products clearly described . If items have to be returned the process is simple and quick . Especially when requesting a refund”

“Easy as, but if you don’t receive an item it’s a nightmare as you never get to speak to anyone in person and I have had 2 items I never received or got reimbursed and there still showing as pending after 2 years”

“I've just been shafted by AMAZON. I purchased a bedding set, but when it arrived it was completely different to the description. I had to return it at my own expense and now Amazon refuse to reimburse me the £27 postage. So buyer beware when buying from Amazon because they are a bunch of crooks.”
