“Ordered 2 SSDs and the boxes arrived empty. Notified customer service and they told me that they will "investigate it" and get back to me in 48h. The purpose of using amazon is the fast delivery of items. I needed them today, not in one week. There was a time when if this happened, they would have dispatched a replacement same day. What will they even investigate anyway? Somebody handling packaging the items stole it, it's not like they'll be able to track who it is with the volume of order they have... Honestly a big let down. I'm for sure never ordering expensive stuff from them every again.”

“Prime member...The parcel was thrown in the communal area near the rubbish shute despite i have been at home the entire day, because "i have not left instructions to ring my doorbell". I'm curious to know the IQ of these employees. I guess the delivery drivers are too posh to take the lift.”

“Amazon has had nearly £500 of my money since 13 January 2024. Despite prolonged email correspondence with their customer service department together with a phone call and a letter through the post I have still received neither the goods I ordered nor my money back. They have not replied to my most recent email (which was requested by them) and they now seem to be ignoring me. I can only conclude that they are a bunch of fraudsters and thieves at Amazon who take your money and have no intention of supplying the goods they have promised.”

“As another poster commented, these corrupt c.u.n.t.s won't allow critical reviews. That means they have no credibility. I hate buying from them, but there no viable alternatives yet. Most of my orders arrive but many do not. I get a picture of a package at an unknown property and a cheerful email telling me the package has been delivered. Luckily I have amazon's secret number so can call them for a refund rather than going round on an endless loop to AI hell. I never spend more that the minimum order amount, that way I'll never lose more than 30 bucks if the cnuts won't refund me. I actually walked down the street in my jimjams at 4am looking for my mis-delivered package but never found it.”

“Last Friday I ordered a book and I got a message that my account was locked. I haven't got the email with the instructions what to do in this case. I can't reach out the customer service because I can't sign in. I wrote them on their facebook page and to all the email address what I could find. I created a new account. They feel really sorry but they don't do anything just sending me the same login page. They took my money, I won't get my purchase and I can't talk to them because they are not available.”

“Amazon is a big liar... shoes sent in wrong size, no refund just taking money from you! I ordered shoes in the right size, Amazon seem to correct this and at end they charge you multiple times and not refund you for their own mistakes!! DON'T ORDER THIS AT AMAZON!!!! They are not able to correct their mistakes....”
