Sadly, couriers with Amazon seem unable to read either the address label or the extra info on how to find an address. The delivery hub claim to attempt to contact the client after prompting by customer services... ...sadly, they have difficulty distinguishing between truth and falsehood. Pretty deplorable service all round, especially when the property occupies 150 metres of the main road and is clearly marked with an 8ft x 6ft red sign!

Having ordered an electrical item that was stated as delivered it was not delivered by a lying courier driver who put the item back in his van and driving away. I could not resolve this on the same day and have to wait. Amazon, of course, have taken the payment from my bank account.

As an Amazon Prime member, I’ve made a fair number of purchases recently and must say that I’ve been really pleased with the deliveries, all have been earlier than expected which is great at this busy time of year, leading up to Christmas! The communications are efficient from point of ordering, despatch to delivery, especially good with proof of delivery and providing photos as other companies do not do this. I’m especially pleased also that the place of safety for deliveries when customer is out, is noted and used as again other companies do not always adhere to this as not helpful when parcels are heavy and they wouldn’t warrant a good review. So thank you Amazon!

I have always been happy with Amazon (aside from the fact returns could be a smoother process in Ireland) until today. I had two accounts, UK and US, but they were not linked as prime membership, order history, etc. didn’t show on US account and emails received are from different email addresses with different registered companies shown. As I could not connect prime to my US account I decided to cancel it. However, this also cancelled my UK account despite them being separate and correspondence received in relation to cancelling the US account not mentioning cancelling my UK account. I now can’t access my ring doorbell, prime tv or amazon for UK and have lost money as I have paid in advance for subscriptions. I called within 15 minutes of account access being removed and was on the phone for 1 hour and 7 minutes having consistently being put on hold and was told there is nothing that can be done. At no point was I offered a call back when the issue had been looked into and the agent insisted I stay on the call while she typed up notes even though my call was not going to be further transferred and I explained that I was abroad so the call would be expensive. I assume that was so another call didn’t drop in but poor customer service. It was mentioned on the call that the agent could see my account yet it can’t be reinstated - I just don’t understand. I’m really unhappy with the lack of clarity in relation to closure of the account and can’t see how it is compliant under GDPR. There is no way my data was permanently deleted so quickly and I don’t know why it can’t be reinstated considering I didn’t consent to erasure of my UK account and requested it be reinstated.

Rubbish service,I have contacted them 3 times in one day for the same parcel and every time they said it will definitely be delivered today, I was checking and the parcel didn't move from depot. Don't buy from them they are expensive and don't do the delivery either, they are taking your money, using it and giving refund after 7 days but you are paying straight away. Buy from eBay is cheaper, the same products. On third time I've contacted them after 1 minute of writing 2 words the guy just abandoned me and I was waiting like a stupid for someone to answer but nop they just left the chat like that for me to get mad and shut it down what I have done after 15 min of waiting with no answer anymore. The same issue with parcel not delivered in 2 weeks consecutive, I will definitely stop buying from them .

Non-existent customer service and don't want any criticism because they aren't interested. Ordered a ring doorbell advertised as next day delivery. Got a message saying we will advise you when item dispatches. I rang about it and was given the run around as if them lying is completely acceptable. ELEVEN DAYS LATER with the item still not dispatched despite all that time STILL advertising next day delivery I cancelled and got one from a different website EVEN THOUGH AMAZON OWN RING

Always delivery following day what I have ordered. Any problems like the purchase is not correct or broken is sorted out & a refund issued. Cannot fault really.

I ordered a product then changed my mind and cancelled. I spoke to someone at Amazon and cancelled the order. The courier still tried to deliver to my elderly neighbours who I had specifically instructed NOT to accept the product, he LIED to them and bullied them into accepting the product. Despite cancelling Amazon stole my money and it took weeks to get my money back! Took weeks to get the item picked up too! They claim to be a world leader in customer service it’s a LIE! It’s almost impossible to speak to a human and if you get answers by e mail they are all copy and paste nonsense from the Indian sub continent.
