“They ship fast and have a great range of products. The app is very good too, particularly the updates regarding shipping status. My only dissatisfaction? I'm a prime member and I don't like the two tier pricing model, by this I mean if something has prime delivery included it shouldn't be more expensive than an identical product you sell. We're already paying for prime membership!”

“I bought striped curtains, when I put them up they just wouldn't hang properly, it was a problem when the lining was stitched into the curtains, it appears to be cut wrong.This is the first time we have had a problem purchasing from Amazon.”

“Never been disappointed by Amazon in 5+ years of using them. Any problems are handled swiftly and professionally, delivery is 9/10 always on the day it's said to be and if it isn't there's an explanation. Always recommend.”

“I am very happy with Amazon prime. I have bought everything from books to kitchen utensils through to sheepskin boots slippers and my favourite brand shoes. The next day delivery available on many items suits me down to the ground and no charge for postage. just perfect..”
