“I am regular Amazon Prime customer and I try to buy everything on their online shop because of free one-day delivery and easy returns. Also, customer service is brilliant dealing with issues via chat. I'm really happy.”

“Inappropriate pop ups all the time even on children tablets...they let open the games and tricks the children to play and then without consulting the parents they take money on the bank account even the price reach 1000's... I closed my Amazon account. No more amazon. Bad and terrible experience...”

“Love the way I can browse for everything even though not all are allowed to be shipped internationally. Shipping speed has definitely improved over the years. But I think the returns should be allowed to be done seamlessly (ie provide the bag or paper or sticker). would have made it a better experience!”
