I had to return an action camera that contained two lithium batteries, which prevented me from using a prepaid label. As a result, I had to send the items through Parcel Force, costing \u00a310,75.\r\nDespite providing the invoice and proof of postage, customer service agents doubted my claims and abruptly ended chats on multiple occasions. I was even accused of being dishonest, which was incredibly frustrating as I had been forthcoming with all the information. I have always been a loyal Amazon customer, appreciating the convenience and reliability of their services. However, this experience has been quite disheartening. I kindly request that Amazon review my case and consider refunding the postage cost."
