“Usually fairly happy. However private sellers should be vetted more carefully to bring in more uniform delivery charges and return or exchange policies”

“Most of their products are very good. They have a huge, diverse range of products. The only negative aspect is, should there be a problem, their Customer Service and the lack of ability to directly Email them can be problematic.”

“stuff gets here but they make you pay a lot for delivery, it used to be free deilvery with stuff over £10 but now its over £20 for shame”

“I purchased an iOttie phone cradle for my car which turned out to be unfit for purpose and damaged my car dash. I contacted Amazon by email to ask them for the address of the manufacturer. They responded very promptly but didn't give me the response I asked for. However, they quickly refunded the purchase without my prompting or me having to return the product. I still have a damaged dash which I will need to follow up with iOttie, but credit to Amazon for trying to resolve the issue.”

“Ja comprei muita coisa na amazon.uk 5 estrelas nada apontar mudei para amazon.es so tenho queixas a fazer mandam artigos usados , outros com falta de de peças , também digo que foram inpecaveis na resolução do problema. foram quase 2 vezes seguidas que me aconteceu isto sãoo medidas que devem tomar quem fica mal é o cliente pois tem transtornos que não devia ter”

“I LOVED SHOPPING HERE, BUT RECENTLY WE WENT OFF GRID, LOST OUR LOCAL INTERNET, THUS LOST OUR EMAIL, THUS LOST OUR ACCOUNT, ALONG WITH MY GIFT CARD BALANCE, AND PRIME MEMBERSHIP. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED.”
