“I shop with Amazon from every device I touch. It's a crazy easy way to not only buy stuff for home delivery, but save on the purchase. Before buying, I always pull up pricing from, e.g. Home Depot, Walmart, Sears, JCP. The comparison depends on the item(s). I'd say that about 80 to 90% of the time I end up buying from Amazon. Why? Because the price is the same, or better. Even if the price is the same, I save money, because I know if I walk into Walmart, I'll buy 5 more items, "because I'm there". The only things that slow me down on Amazon are the items that are "add-on", where I need minimum purchase. Who cares? Leave the item in the cart until I want something else. The add-on items are always priced lower than at the stores (and web-sites not mentioned above) that I've comparison shopped. Amazon can be "dangerous". Its so easy to purchase!”

“I generally feel that I can rely on getting what I've ordered, in good time and to a high standard of quality, when problems arise, it is generally easy to return problem items. There are exceptional times when an Amazon seller makes it painfully difficult to return things, but that's the exception”

“I have prime on amazon and had a costume party. Wasn't told this until 2 days before ordered an outfit off amazon and it was there next day! Love the ability to make up for my poor planning.”

“My husband loves to shop online as he has sight and hearing problems and prefers to research online rather than travel to shops. He recently bought a pair of wireless headphones. They arrived on the day they said they were coming, and it has revolutionised the way he enjoys the television. We no longer need to have the sound so loud, and he can hear the dialogue a lot better. Amazon is so easy to use and gives those with mobility issues a much better shopping experience than the High Street.”
