“I've now shopped with Amazon as a Prime member for over 10 years and their prices and delivery options are excellent. On the very rare occasion I have needed to use the customer service team, I have always found them to be very helpful. It seems to me as though Amazon are always trying to improve and therefore as a company they should be commended for this.”

“Amazon is now my one stop shop for just about everything (apart from clothes and shoes). Have successfully purchased many items from them and found the checkout process to be quick and easy. Most of my items arrive next day or within 3-5 days or average and they are suitably well packed. Couriers are friendly and polite, so I think I will continue to use Amazon for the forseeable future.”
