“I’m paying a subscription to Amazon Prime , and I get Next day delivery on most of what I purchase from Amazon , I do a search when I buy anything and Amazons prices are 9/10 always cheaper . That’s what makes me happy”

“I purchase a great deal of goods through Amazon as l feel happy that my order is dealt with very efficiently. I also know from experience that if an order does not arrive and you contact Amazon you can chat to them tell them your problem and it is dealt with immediatley. You are secure when ordering as you know you have their guarantee of a refund if the third party you are ordering from doesn't deliver. This makes me happy and confident to shop with Amazon.”
