“On a recent purchase I really needed the next day I was a little disappointed it didn't come on time. After contacting Amazon they informed me of the problem at their end, apologised and offered me some discount. I appreciate things happen and was really happy and impressed with the way they dealt with it. Good customer service I think goes along way.”
