“Always reliable, excellent customer services, quick delivery”

“Having been a customer for 14 years I've always found Amazon has an efficient, easy to use service with good customer service. However, recently this wasn't the case after problems with a return/refund, but after emailing my problem they very promptly solved and went above and beyond to ensure an apology and solution had been made.”

“Their return service is excellent, giving one confidence in buying, knowing that if there's a problem they will take the item back. Communication with Amazon is also efficient - although sometimes with a little language/accent problem. Since they increased their minimum spend for free shipping their pricing is perhaps not the keenest and the identification of the free shipping on eligible orders at checkout is, one would say, purposefully obscure.”
