“I've recently ordered quite a bit of items from Amazon.com and am so glad I have the PRIME membership! I save so much money on shipping for most of my purchases! Though I don't always like some of the pricing at Amazon, I do enjoy not having to wait forever to receive them. Most items are delivered to my door within a day or two, we even got a package on Sunday once and I was amazed. Thanks so much Amazon for carry basically everything!”

“First time I made a purchase on Amazon I was a little nervous. Buying a product which was over £100 online , and on a site that I had never made a purchase on before, only able to see pictures of the item I must admit it made me a little nervous. But I had no reason to be. The item arrived the very next day, and it was perfect. I had bought a new kindle . I thought I couldn't get the time to set correctly and when I contacted Amazon they sent me another kindle out the next day. Has it happens it wasn't the item that was faulty it me that couldn't set the time. I just sent the second kindle back with the free postage wrap they sent me. But it shows that they care bout there customers by sending me a replacement. REALLY GOOD SITE .”

“I live in southern Spain and shop quite often online. Amazon.es is a brilliant site on which to search for a huge variety of products. With Amazon Prime, much cheaper than UK for an annual membership, you get next day delivery with many items, speedy delivery on 'Market Place' items, and again with Amazon Prime, you dont pay for returns with their 'no quibble' guarantee.”

“I find that it is hard to just order what you want from Amazon without singing up for prime or some other scheme they are running it says this item is free delivery but when you check out £4.00 has been added for postage. Have contacted costomer care and they couldn't care less?”

“Ordering through Prime gives you the items the very next day, delivered to your door. Okay you have to pay extra for Prime, but WOW its so worth it. No trips in the car to busy car parks, dents, scratches, inpatient drivers, and good tv and music on the Echo.”

“Now I do like Amazon very much , Being disabled they certainly make it easier for me to get a lot of the items I need in fact its getting that you can get almost anything from them !. There are two issues I have with them though,which stops them from getting 5 stars!. first issue is their packaging is very wasteful!, all it needs is a bit of common sense to wrap something up! also it would save the company a bit of money if they stopped wrapping small things in large boxes,I've had things that could've gone though my letterbox if wrapped properly but I've had to go around to neighbours houses to collect instead !. The second gripe is ...now we all love a bargain, I know I do! and one of the main reasons I started shopping at Amazon !...but please Amazon could you start treating your employees with a bit of respect give them a decent wage and proper brakes I am fed up with hearing the terrible stories about how badly your staff are treated and people telling me not to use you because of it ! ,but in a way I have to and it does employ a lot of people so that's good, just treat them with respect that's all I ask !”
