“More often than not they don t respect delivery days/ times. Couriers not evem trying to deliver the parcels. Prime is a waste of money.”

“Paying prime for nothing. Lost products. Delivery late for no reason more often than not. Drivers not even trying to knock/call just assuming if i m not out waiting for them that nobody is home (living in a flat) Refusing to leave parcels at the designated safe place (orders under 20£) Massive disappointment. Will stop using their services.”

“Never ever any issues. If you don't like the product send it back. Money back to you as soon as Post Office have scanned the returns label. Superb.”

“Almost impossible to delete a product or retailer review. Impossible software solution, the chatline refuses to answer questions about this since they dont have the knowledge, though this should be a basic function. Instead the chatline passes the request on to a different department - they say. But you dont get any confirmation that they have actually done this. Its like an abyss. In my case, something went wrong and my reviews were not deleted.”

“Usually get what you're after from Amazon. Be aware of third party sellers. I've purchased things before that aren't legitimate items and faux goods. Helpful to read the reviews.”

“Amazon is one of the Best Companies that I use all the time, their Customer Service is excellent, their products are always well priced and competitive, a no-hassle return if there is a problem and they have a very working ethos and always put the customer first. I quite frankly in the 5 years that I have used them have never had a problem and as a Prime Customer, I benefit from all the benefits that are offered to you. The Subscribe and Save is a very good way of buying goods every month without any hassle and the Parlour Box is another great way of buying what you need at reduced prices and the Kindle with so many books it is very hard to choose which one you want. You get a Prime Member Book free every month and when finished, return and possibly get a refund if read in the appropriate time. I like Amazon's attitude, they have an honesty policy which is unusual, they take customers on Face value and they have a Moral and Standard code which they do not waiver on. I would choose Amazon above all other shops as they are the sort of company that I like to be associated with, I have never had any reason to complain at all.”

“Very easy, quick, efficient to browse, shop, select and place orders. A colossal choice of products to choose from and the prices are very competitive. Orders are sent in a very timely fashion and very reliable website and service to use. Good customer care and very professionally ran! Thank you Amazon🎉”

“Ordered a new PC for the office on the 4th of Oct on a business account only to be told it will arrive on the 8th of Oct, I took the day off only to be told at midday they can not deliver until Friday, We asked for it to be redelivered this Saturday although I'm not holding out any hope at all after seeing others having the same experience Worst part is when i phoned them i was met with a rude and vacant call handler who seemed to take 20 seconds to formulate any response when i asked to speak to his manager or someone who was either competent or awake he refused & put the phone down And this is on a Amazon business account The trust is gone and I will not be using them again.”
