“Terrible service and prime is now a waste of money. Prime video content is poor and the delivery service has really gone downhill. Orders are either late, never turn up, go to the wrong address or are left not in a safe place. Just not good enough! I have cancelled my prime membership and Amazon customer service didnt care about my complaints or the fact I cancelled prime. If a company doesnt care then bad service will never get sorted”

“More often than not they don t respect delivery days/ times. Couriers not evem trying to deliver the parcels. Prime is a waste of money.”

“Paying prime for nothing. Lost products. Delivery late for no reason more often than not. Drivers not even trying to knock/call just assuming if i m not out waiting for them that nobody is home (living in a flat) Refusing to leave parcels at the designated safe place (orders under 20£) Massive disappointment. Will stop using their services.”
