“Have ordered tons of stuff on Amazon. Very few issues. Recommend studying the evaluations carefully before placing any large $$ item order. On clothing it is really hit or miss. Almost all of my issues have been with clothing. Many issues with fit not according to size chart, and quality being sub-par. Be ready to be able to send any large $$ item back before you commit to buying. Sometimes it is better and worth the hassle to be able to see and handle the merchandise in a store.”

“This is only the second time that I have purchased from the Amazon web site. This time it was an electric fireplace insert. Although the item has not yet been delivered the process of reviewing the item, seeing the specs and details, and ordering the item was very easy. I like to see items physically so will probably be a bricks and mortar shopper most of the time, but ordering from Amazon is a pleasant experience. Let's hope the item is as shown.”

“Excellent customer service and prices. But, I'm dropping to 3 stars from 5 because so many of their prime delivery items either won't be delivered over the weekend any more, or it will take 2 to 3 days instead of next day delivery. Not acceptable for Amazon Prime members who signed up for and paid on the understanding of fast delivery.”

“Their management for lost parcels is very customer-oriented. They sent the parcel again when we complained that it didn't arrive. Other than that, the prices on the website are almost always better than what you can find live in most tech shops.”
