“Always deliver as expected and in the agreed time frame, sometimes even before. I use Amazon a lot and there's a good reason for that. It's easy to use, just click and you're done. Thanks Amazon, you're as easy as every online shop should be.”

“Staff are always reasonable and respectful. If you have a genuine issue, they will sort it; Other companies, often large, regularly fail drastically in this regard presenting merely 'pseudo service'.”

“After Sports Direct absolutely failed to provide any support for us on an important order of hiking equipment for a charity mountain climbing event we turned to Amazon and found the same or better selection of equipment which was then delivered promptly within 48 hours of ordering the parcel. Amazon have always been fantastic at delivery times and customer support ethic.”
