If it was possible to give Amazon no stars, I would. I bought an item through them as a Christmas present. The fact that the seller was in China was not apparent on the Amazon site or I would not have bought from them. The item arrived, late and incomplete. Attempts to get a refund are ongoing - the seller is employing delaying tactics and clearly has no intention of refunding my money. And Amazon? They send inadequate requests to the seller to get on with it but once they've sent those there is no checking ongoing progress (or lack thereof). I'm fairly sure now that I will have lost my money, and I will NEVER buy through Amazon again.

If you don't use Amazon Prime it seems that delivery times are getting longer and longer, even if items are shown as being in stock. It used to be that it would take a few days, now I have ordered in stock items on 5th January and the delivery date is 3rd to 29th February. They e-mailed me to say that they were delighted to advise me that these dates had been brought forward from 9th February to 5th March!! I went to change the order to quicker delivery and they wanted over £90 postage and packing. Needless to say I didn't bother. In future I will try and source a better supplier.

Absolute idiots hours waisted on phone !!! got AMAZON credit card Amazon messed up 4 out of 5 items using prime I insisted on final bill ripped up card and paid the bill. Now the clowns bothet me constantly for 99p then £1.01 then ... but are unable to explain total incompetence.

Stay away w sold on amazon for 5 years then they closed our accounts because we wouldn’t give them Our manufactures details so they could purchase for themselves. They also closed our accounts with over £500 pounds in the UK one and now fail to answer our calls

Amazon after claiming I was selling something that was counterfeit deceived to close our account. They asked us to produce an invoice from our supplier. I have learnt by giving them the info they go direct to the supplier and purchase the item themselves to sell. They closed out account with over £500 pounds in the UK account. I have tried to make contact In different ways without any joy. We had an account for over 5 years and this is how they treat there sellers.

Absolutely awful. As a company we used Amazon business (uk) once, and never again. Half our order got lost and 3 months later we're still trying to get a refund, what did arrive was in an awful state - books had footprints on, others were folded in half, customer service agents have just been rude and argumentative. Will never be using again!

I have never had a problem with Amazon delivering but when they try to deliver at 4.45am on the 27th of December its way too early. They rang the door bell and by the time I got downstairs they had gone. I dont know what the earliest time for delivering is but thats way too early.

They lie and leave products outside in the middle of winter. Orders just do not turn up at all. I can definitely state I will not be using them anymore.

I have ordered a WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra, 20 TB on Amazon.co.uk through a seller that is vouched by Amazon.co.uk. A few hours later my order was cancelled without any reasons even though the bank transaction has been authorised. I have contacted the Amazon.co.uk customer service to get to know why my order was cancelled and without any reasons. They replied to me that the seller has cancelled the order and that they couldn't do anything about it since the seller has cancelled it. I found it quite upsetting that Amazon.co.uk is vouching for sellers that have the possibility to cancel orders without giving any prior reason or just because they feel like it... It doesn't give me any reasons to trust to order in the future to Amazon.co.uk since they cannot do anything about it and they are not reassuring at all since they cannot promise it won't happen in the future and all they can say is "I'm sorry this happened to you". Thank you but this doesn't help me in this kind of situation.

My partner ordered some perfume that was intended as a Christmas gift. Delivery date was quoted as Sunday 22nd December. We waited in all day and watched as the tracking got the consignment closer. When it eventually arrived at a depot around 20 miles away we were informed that it wouldn't be delivered that day but should arrive on the 23rd or 24th. So that was a day wasted when we had other things to do. The tracking information didn't change on Monday. On Tuesday first thing, it stated that the package would arrive the same day. Great! My partner went to work and I stayed in for it. She received a text around mid-day saying that the order was returned by the carrier and a refund issued. No apology. So, one and a half days wasted and not enough time to get a similar product before Christmas Day. Obviously this is a busy time of the year for Amazon and their carriers but that's no consolation to my partner and a poor reflection of their tracking system. Very disappointing... She won't be using Amazon again.

Really disappointed with amazon, they don't have any competence, don't help ,customer service terrible. Amazon are not taking serious behavior in their company now they just making money they don't care about customer.

Damaged book delivered. Masses of cat food missing. Some of it still missing. Driver claims delivered. Expecting delivery today. What a bad joke. Promised delivery of post box in two to three days, needed urgently... Now some time after Christmas. Never again. Rubbish company.

Amazon are not taking serious behavior in their company now they just making money they don't care about customer I had very very bad experience and it's still in current situation I order my Huawei p30 lite phone they send me dettol cleaning surface wipes after my complain they arrange an other delivery that was shocking they send me Tool box on the same time I call to the customer service and the customer service guy who talking to me was saying please give this back to the driver I will arrange delivery for you gain and after few minutes he said ooh! It's was our mistake this time is out of stock we can't deliver to you our system showing wrong item I will make arrangement for you refund after one week I call to the Amazon helplin to find out about redunf they saying that we can't issue you refund because you haven't returned the item back how on the same time you customer service guy who was talking to me first he told me give this item back to the driver and Amazon eat my money.

If you want Drivers trespassing in your garden, leaving valuable items in the pouring rain, items being delivered to the wrong addresses then please use Amazon. When you complain nothing is done to resolve the issues and you waste hours of time being passed from person to person because nobody wants to deal with the issues. I have had to wait over a year of this sort of service before I got a customer service executive to notice the issue. Even the executive was patronising and condescending in their approach to the issue. After all this they gave me a voucher to spend on Amazon ha ha how ironic is that. I have cancelled Prime and will not be using amazon again and I strongly advise everybody else to do the same before you get stung.
