i have not ever ask to get prime deliver.they charged it. its a trick DODGE business.

I’ve had a very bad experience with amazon customer service. I’ve purchased google play cards on amazon, it was hacked and I couldn’t redeem it as it was already used!! One candidate at Amazon customer service promised to refund me all the money between 5-7days but they never did! They wasted my time for 2 weeks to do their investigation. Every time I get in touch, they’d promised to get in touch within 24H but it took days! I’ve requested a call from them this morning, as they’ve promised someone will be in touch shortly, no one did and I had to call them by the end of the day! Their decision was (these cards were redeemed “obviously they don’t care who redeemed it” and I am not entitled of a refund) and I had to contact google again to request a refund! Their advice was to get in touch with my bank and request a chargeback, what a joke

Horrible customer service.No one seems to know what is going on. They are very slow with getting items together and sending them to you. Half my order is missing and I keep getting customer service reps passing me on to others who seem like they know nothing.

Ordered item from amazon that was claimed to be brand new and high quality. Item came and was clearly second hand and worn out. Tried to leave a review and amazon blocked it. Seems you cannot leave a bad review. The following is the reply i got. " Thank you for submitting a customer review. Thank you for submitting a customer review on Amazon. After carefully reviewing your submission, your review could not be posted to the website. " from An***** on 11 February 2020 New item ordered and second hand worn out item received. When I order from Amazon I expect to receive a new item that is fit for purpose. Lies,Lies,Lies Three hours Later my account has still not been closed, just going around in circles they will not close your account when requested. Buy from Ebay it may take longer to arrive but you get what you pay for

They made changes to my payment details without my knowledge or authorisation (something they should not have access to do). I raised a ticket for suspected data breach, they spent 2 weeks telling me they were investigating and would update when they knew more. Then in the end they refused to provide me with any information on the outcome of the investigation and closed off the issue by issuing me "goodwill credit". Do not trust them with your card data! They obviously had a breach but didn't want to admit this, so tried to silence me by issuing some credit. I've reported them to the Payments Regulator!

I order 3 books from amazon co U.K. For 72 dollars some change. I never receive what I pay for. I can't get contact with anyone. This was my first experience using this service I feel like I got rip off. No response from amazon co U.K. I feel that Amazon should receive no stars. No one reach out to me. No customer service I feel like I should receive a full refund. If I don't receive full refund I am done with Amazon co U.K. I never receive my delivery.&

I ordered BG700 and received BG600 which is cheaper than my original order. When I posted the review Amazon removed it. Not happy customer. Amazon is loosing customer.

I really just dont understand why this company is so popular Every time I order off them something slips up. They offer me offers that never materialise and are full of loop holes Dont need to boycott because every time I use them they remind me why I stopped using them the last time. Ring customer service and they just say I am here to help you and do absolutely nothing to help you

Order not delivered. No update on whereabouts had to ask for a refund 4 days after it was due as nothing was happening. Then guess what another order has failed to turn up on the last day of the delivery slot.

Difficult to get a refund, the orders stated delivered even when not been, customer service completely not trained to the standards and rude staff working there. Cannot recommend.

If it was possible to give Amazon no stars, I would. I bought an item through them as a Christmas present. The fact that the seller was in China was not apparent on the Amazon site or I would not have bought from them. The item arrived, late and incomplete. Attempts to get a refund are ongoing - the seller is employing delaying tactics and clearly has no intention of refunding my money. And Amazon? They send inadequate requests to the seller to get on with it but once they've sent those there is no checking ongoing progress (or lack thereof). I'm fairly sure now that I will have lost my money, and I will NEVER buy through Amazon again.

If you don't use Amazon Prime it seems that delivery times are getting longer and longer, even if items are shown as being in stock. It used to be that it would take a few days, now I have ordered in stock items on 5th January and the delivery date is 3rd to 29th February. They e-mailed me to say that they were delighted to advise me that these dates had been brought forward from 9th February to 5th March!! I went to change the order to quicker delivery and they wanted over £90 postage and packing. Needless to say I didn't bother. In future I will try and source a better supplier.

Absolute idiots hours waisted on phone !!! got AMAZON credit card Amazon messed up 4 out of 5 items using prime I insisted on final bill ripped up card and paid the bill. Now the clowns bothet me constantly for 99p then £1.01 then ... but are unable to explain total incompetence.

Stay away w sold on amazon for 5 years then they closed our accounts because we wouldn’t give them Our manufactures details so they could purchase for themselves. They also closed our accounts with over £500 pounds in the UK one and now fail to answer our calls

Amazon after claiming I was selling something that was counterfeit deceived to close our account. They asked us to produce an invoice from our supplier. I have learnt by giving them the info they go direct to the supplier and purchase the item themselves to sell. They closed out account with over £500 pounds in the UK account. I have tried to make contact In different ways without any joy. We had an account for over 5 years and this is how they treat there sellers.

Absolutely awful. As a company we used Amazon business (uk) once, and never again. Half our order got lost and 3 months later we're still trying to get a refund, what did arrive was in an awful state - books had footprints on, others were folded in half, customer service agents have just been rude and argumentative. Will never be using again!

I have never had a problem with Amazon delivering but when they try to deliver at 4.45am on the 27th of December its way too early. They rang the door bell and by the time I got downstairs they had gone. I dont know what the earliest time for delivering is but thats way too early.
