I have ordered a WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra, 20 TB on Amazon.co.uk through a seller that is vouched by Amazon.co.uk. A few hours later my order was cancelled without any reasons even though the bank transaction has been authorised. I have contacted the Amazon.co.uk customer service to get to know why my order was cancelled and without any reasons. They replied to me that the seller has cancelled the order and that they couldn't do anything about it since the seller has cancelled it. I found it quite upsetting that Amazon.co.uk is vouching for sellers that have the possibility to cancel orders without giving any prior reason or just because they feel like it... It doesn't give me any reasons to trust to order in the future to Amazon.co.uk since they cannot do anything about it and they are not reassuring at all since they cannot promise it won't happen in the future and all they can say is "I'm sorry this happened to you". Thank you but this doesn't help me in this kind of situation.

My partner ordered some perfume that was intended as a Christmas gift. Delivery date was quoted as Sunday 22nd December. We waited in all day and watched as the tracking got the consignment closer. When it eventually arrived at a depot around 20 miles away we were informed that it wouldn't be delivered that day but should arrive on the 23rd or 24th. So that was a day wasted when we had other things to do. The tracking information didn't change on Monday. On Tuesday first thing, it stated that the package would arrive the same day. Great! My partner went to work and I stayed in for it. She received a text around mid-day saying that the order was returned by the carrier and a refund issued. No apology. So, one and a half days wasted and not enough time to get a similar product before Christmas Day. Obviously this is a busy time of the year for Amazon and their carriers but that's no consolation to my partner and a poor reflection of their tracking system. Very disappointing... She won't be using Amazon again.

Really disappointed with amazon, they don't have any competence, don't help ,customer service terrible. Amazon are not taking serious behavior in their company now they just making money they don't care about customer.

Damaged book delivered. Masses of cat food missing. Some of it still missing. Driver claims delivered. Expecting delivery today. What a bad joke. Promised delivery of post box in two to three days, needed urgently... Now some time after Christmas. Never again. Rubbish company.

Amazon are not taking serious behavior in their company now they just making money they don't care about customer I had very very bad experience and it's still in current situation I order my Huawei p30 lite phone they send me dettol cleaning surface wipes after my complain they arrange an other delivery that was shocking they send me Tool box on the same time I call to the customer service and the customer service guy who talking to me was saying please give this back to the driver I will arrange delivery for you gain and after few minutes he said ooh! It's was our mistake this time is out of stock we can't deliver to you our system showing wrong item I will make arrangement for you refund after one week I call to the Amazon helplin to find out about redunf they saying that we can't issue you refund because you haven't returned the item back how on the same time you customer service guy who was talking to me first he told me give this item back to the driver and Amazon eat my money.

If you want Drivers trespassing in your garden, leaving valuable items in the pouring rain, items being delivered to the wrong addresses then please use Amazon. When you complain nothing is done to resolve the issues and you waste hours of time being passed from person to person because nobody wants to deal with the issues. I have had to wait over a year of this sort of service before I got a customer service executive to notice the issue. Even the executive was patronising and condescending in their approach to the issue. After all this they gave me a voucher to spend on Amazon ha ha how ironic is that. I have cancelled Prime and will not be using amazon again and I strongly advise everybody else to do the same before you get stung.

I've been a customer for years and spend literal thousands of pounds a year on amazon.co.uk My last order was a fitness watch, over 200 pounds which I needed delivered ASAP - so I paid extra for expedited shipping and have a guaranteed delivery day. So this was confirmed to be the 5th., 5th comes, im informed that it will be delivered by 8pm - around 19:00 im informed that the delivery wont occur. I contact amazon support chat - we arrive to an agreement that delivery is delayed to the 10th - but ill be refunded for the shipping. 10th arrives, 1th arrives, nothing and tracking info doesnt show anything - no details at all. I contact support, they say it will be delayed again. I ask for a refund since I wont be here to collect or receive it anyway and need the item before I leave and will now have to buy it AGAIN from a local supplier, since amazon failed to deliver. They ask me if im willing to wait till saturday - I'm not, since I'm not there and it was delayed TWICE already. Then, from saturday it moves to sunday... wow... I keep asking for a refund, they say they can only refund once they have the item. But the item is lost and no one knows where it is and, above all, i paid for an item i DID NOT RECEIVE. So delayed a total of 3 times and I wont be around to receive the package even if it were delivered. I say I dont agree and want a refund, and all I keep getting is a literal copy and paste template reply that they cannot refund me ~(for an item they did not give me mind you) and I have no choice. I tell them it's a scam and that I'll have to escalate this with my credit card provider. They literally keep copying and pasting their reply. I've literally been scammed and amazon stole over 200 pounds from me. This wasn't so bad in the past, but their service over the last year is just an embarassment. I pity all these years I've been their customer (over 20 years now)

I’ve been a prime member for some years. Purchased boots, didn’t use them until 8 weeks later, they leaked in water just walking in wet grass. Amazon basically told me to go away, they weren’t interested, so did the seller who I’m about to take to court over a pair of mountain horse boots that were £125.... so beware when buying as they are not interested in merchantable quality issues or fit for purpose laws here in the UK !! A pair of trainers would be more water repellent than these, it’s disgraceful service. They probably won’t post this as they didn’t for my product review.

Amazon Pantry order 3 days late I ordered from Amazon Pantry I have waited in all day for my cat food and cat litter to arrive, it was meant to be here by 9pm tonight, now they have said its not arriving until Tuesday, my cat desperately needed the cat food and cat litter and I have wasted a whole day waiting for the delivery, there wasn't even an update to let me know it was going to be 3 days late, unbelievable

Place a order over the Black Friday… Place a order over the Black Friday period took my money then did not deliver good, without any reasonable excuse customer service just refund my money which i did not ask for they just con me out of a Black Friday sale. Also no excuse as to why they took the order and did not deliver I run a business and i have been telling how they have con me This is one customer will spread purchase to some companies who put their customer first. Not one with poor customer service

Ordered two products for Christmas. Was sent completely different product. Refused to replace as it was out of stock for two days, told me to buy it somewhere else. Also refused to refund me even though I have not received the paid for items.

Item was left on my doorstep in full view of a busy road although I was at home at the time. The website shows 'handed to resident'. This is clearly incorrect.
