“Always satisfied with buying items from amazon. It is easy to order and pay. I like that you can track your order. I once ordered and paid for an item, it never came, I wrote to amazon and they refunded me the money without any quibbles.”

“I buy from Amazon regularly and yet again they have proved their worth. I bought an indoor tv ariel which simply didn't work. I had the return sorted in minutes and my money back within a couple of days. Excellent customer service.”

“As a family we find shopping with Amazon to be a pleasurable experience as they are very competitive with their prices and often offer free next day delivery on many of the goods they sell. Overall we are very satisfied with their level of customer service agents, which are easy to get hold of when there's a problem. “They are difficult to avoid. And if a price looks better somewhere else, if you are a Prime member, the delivery charges tip it back in Amazons favour. And delivery is always quicker than they say.”
