“Shocking, confusing, incorrect, poor service, Ordered 4 of the same item for next day delivery. Order was placed in 1 x transaction. Have received 4 confirmation emails, 4 it's been despatched emails and 4 it's out for delivery emails. No delivery. Contacted amazon. 'There's been a problem. It will be delivered by tomorrow'. Wasn't delivered. Received 2 emails saying it's been damaged check to see if you've been refunded. Does that mean 2 items are damaged and 2 not? I can't check if I've been refunded as they are on a credit card and the statement comes monthly? Still haven't received the 2 that haven't been damaged. Farce from beginning to end. Note these are sets of tiles and 2 sets are no good as I need 4? Just received 2 more emails asking if I would like to buy again! Couldn't make it up.”

“Sometimes the sizes are extraordinary but in the main clothes and footwear supplied 'are on the money'. Their pets things are pretty bad though: Adptil doesn't have ANY effect on my Border Collie.”

“Don’t buy books unless you want them manhandled. Probably handled in such a way so you just bite down in the pillow and buy a kindle. Can’t crease the cover if it’s made of pixels!”

“I have been with Amazon for years! Always promoted them and said how good they were. However when a push came to a shove, Amazon left me hi and dry on customer service, whilst I can see they tried I still feel goodwill would have overtaken. I am set in my ways being in business myself and with that service I will not deal with them again or ever recommend them to friends, family or the thousands of members we have on our books. You were a total let down this time Amazon, for the sake of a few quid?????? (PS, I am not a moaner, look at all my reviews they are mainly positive and honest).”

“Nice deal on laptop, the delivery took less than i expected all in all good service - alot of packaging but on the safe side with electronic equipment some times it does not get handled well. The only problem about getting stuff online is there is no onsite support so had to find tech person locally view site rectify.ml thanks all from finchley”
