“I ordered these guns fro another company through Amazon they were paid for but still waiting for them , I also brought a Samsung galaxy s7 that came but was a fake and dont work and a black view phone that dont work and cant get my money back”

“I have bought loads from this site, items, books, Kindle, Audible, and love the whole easy to use, quick delivery, easy returns and customer service. Go to Amazon first when need anything. Trying to avoid being addicted!!”

“Have always loved amazon but started to use less because they don’t offer the best cash-back deals compared to other retailers. Hope that changes as it certainly puts me off any large purchases”

“I called up Amazon quite rightly annoyed as I had purchased an item and paid for same day delivery. That evening I get a notification to say delivery was attempted and it will be rescheduled for the next working day - nobody knocked at the door or rang the bell, I was in the whole time and no attempted delivery note was left. However... upon calling up amazon they answered my call quickly, dealt with my issue quickly, refunded my delivery fee and after trying to get the driver to redeliver the same day, had to settle for a rescheduled delivery the following day before 9:30am, so I must say although not best pleased with the driver, customer service get a 10/10 from me.”

“Not very happy with Amazon, a lot of things on the amazon shopping site are cheap chinese items that can be found cheaper on Ebay, If you use the prime service you'll find that all the items covered are by Amazon's Prime "free delivery" are actually slightly more expensive than the same items that are not covered by Prime. My wife has been a Prime customer for several years, someone stole her Amazon log in details and opened another Prime account which my wife was charged almost £80 for and when she tried to sort it out with Amazon they said they couldn't help and told her to speak with her bank. She is now in the process of trying to claim this money back from Amazon and when she has done so, my wife will be cancelling her Amazon account.”
