“Gives you their best price and also alternative supplier options. I really like this option as it reafirms you have other choices rather than just being offered Amazons quote.”

“Top products ans service. If you accidentally order the wrong item, you have the opportunity to cancel without penalty. If the item arrives and its not what you want you can return for a full refund. i have used Amazon for years and never had a problem that they have not solved to my complete satisfaction - unlike some other on line auction site.”

“Amazon have always been extremely helpful and friendly whenever I have dealt with them. It is very rare they do not have exactly what you are after, but do have good alternative options if this is the case. My orders are almost always on time, and at a reasonable shipping cost. The variety and price is why I often shop with amazon.”

“Nearly everything I have ordered from this company has been of a high standard of quality and delivery service sometimes quicker than expected. Only had to send back 1 item that was faulty and that was replaced with no problem. I know it sometimes can be a bit of a lottery as items are just by sight and not by touch but so far it’s not been a problem.”
