“Seems like Amazon and Amazon prime are not a good idea anymore as price on both are getting very expensive as compared to other prominent web sellers. what with minimum spends and paying for delivery (as well as monthly cost for Prime) I now shop elsewhere and save money.”

“I like the ease of ordering and suggestions made on 'bundles' that can be provided with the main item; often with a discount. Being mainly loyal to the other main site for many years, the innovative products like Echo have certainly changed my mind! Delivery is also very accurate, and hassle free, which is a major bonus.”

“Four of my orders made on 11th and 12th Dec (plenty of time, I thought), simply failed to arrive. Being a loyal customer I just assumed they would arrive...finally called them on 24th to be told that they were unfulfilled!! I was immediately offered full refunds but this is not much good on the day before Christmas. 4 presents horribly delayed - embarrassing!”
