“We order the Tv product to watch films etc. And the films stop for or just switch off and we have a blank screen. We contacted Amazon tech guys who asked us a lot meaningless questions and didn't have any solutions other than "re start your router" very poor service”

“I ordered a new phone charger lead for my Samsung tablet; it's brilliant and it was cheap, charges really fast and free deliver. I like buying from Amazon as if things do not work or are damaged on delivery, it's so easy to ring them free and get a refund or exchange. They are reliable and very polite, going out of their way to rectify matters.”

“The service is admirable. Everything is packaged very well to protect the items and 90% of the time the packages arrive earlier than stated. The only time I have had a problem with one of the transport companies was with two Christmas presents recently and I phoned Amazon to inform them of this problem and they were so helpful and I received an email almost immediately from them apologising on behalf of this Company and stating that they were following this complaint up immediately with them, very good service.”
