“We order the Tv product to watch films etc. And the films stop for or just switch off and we have a blank screen. We contacted Amazon tech guys who asked us a lot meaningless questions and didn't have any solutions other than "re start your router" very poor service”

“I ordered a new phone charger lead for my Samsung tablet; it's brilliant and it was cheap, charges really fast and free deliver. I like buying from Amazon as if things do not work or are damaged on delivery, it's so easy to ring them free and get a refund or exchange. They are reliable and very polite, going out of their way to rectify matters.”
