“I had an order delivered a few hours ago, and it was very annoying to find out that package was open and contents of face creams might have been removed or tried by someone, thus hygiene danger. I contacted through chat, but could not help, because the package had not been delivered yet according to the system. The courier service ACRPI, is an abbreviation for the greek ELTA courier, that is the worst courier service in Greece, and they have made an exclusive deal, therefore will not order again. The ACRPI code name has been chosen to trick Greek clients who are familiar with this useless service.”

“Pretty good alround apart from trying to con you into taking prime. I put something in the basket, hadn't even paid for it but somehow I was signed up for prime and now I need to cancel in 30 days. Shouldn't be allowed”

“Beware of Amazon drivers that that have no concept of road safety and total disregard for other road users safety. Luckily I have quick reactions or I would have been writing this from a hospital bed. I tried complaining to Amazon and they apparently have no way of knowing who the driver could have possibly been, even given the exact location and time of day. Unfortunately I was too shaken up to get registration number. It's a shame Amazon don't care that they employ reckless drivers.”

“The way postal services are today,it's all hit and miss. You can take time off from work to receive your package and it doesn't arrive. So annoying ! Amazon on the other hand, I find really good and for an extra premium payment, you can purchase as many items for the year for you and/ or your family delivered next day. Well worth it and so efficient especially this time of year. Thank You......”

“When I checked the tracking (Tracking ID: QB0155375140) for my delivery, it shows delivery attempted @8:55pm on 14/11/2021, but they are liars as we were all at home all day and all night. The delivery person did not even knock or ring the door bell if they did attempt a delivery. How appalling @Amazon UK”
