I got faulty range cooker then contacted service team . Team arranged collection of item within two days and they deliver new range cooker on the same day . Excellent service dealing with the issue. will highly recommend 👍…….Thank you very much

You need to liaise with delivery company better . I was told by yourselves it would be delivered on Bank Holiday Monday, but didn't receive it until Tuesday as company do not deliver on Bank Holidays!

So far great, highly competitive price, arrived on time, great service from. The delivery guys and so far the wine cooler is cooling my wine - I hope they ask me again in a year

Arrived in less than 24 hours on standard delivery. Item (cooker hood) was well packaged and excellent fitting and operating instructions. Very pleased with it. Obviously I don't know what the service would be like if a return was necessary but on my experience so far would definitely recommend this product and this company.

Not delivered on specified (paid for) date, but they did refund half of the delivery fee. Price of product was also reduced on the day it was delivered to me. Everything was fine but those two elements made it a disappointing experience.

I ordered my new induction hob Sunday lunchtime and it was delivered Monday lunchtime . Fast service . Not hooked up yet but looks good.

Staff came to my home to fit electric hob. Stall was very rude at my door. Left unclean area. If I ask something but not giving any answer. Also using rough languages. Appliances expensive 30% higher than any other retailer.

You need to reassess your courier provider. Ordered Sunday with delivery promised Wednesday, got a message late Wednesday from Logistics company saying they forgot to put on van ! Had to contact them, they've no idea when it will be delivered now, they hope to come back within 48 hrs with a new date.

Received a faulty dehumidifier contacted Customer service. The service team arranged a collection of the item next day. Once the courier had the item I then received an update telling me a new dehumidifier had been despatched. Customer Service was brilliant in dealing with the issue, would 100% recommend Appliances Direct and will be using again. Replacement dehumidifier working perfectly. Thank you

Overall great service - 2 wine fridges delivered & unpacked with the old one being taken away by them as well. Delivery guys were great. Delivery date was pushed back by 2 days which was inconvenient- but products look really great & they are their own products.

So far so good haven't received the order yet to check it . But its not late they have been great with communication. Also we made an error on sizing on our original order. We noticed it 2 days later and amended it with ease by email. Customer care was excellent
