“I needed to replace an electric oven during lockdown - no mean feat!! Fabulous service from these guys though. Advice from online chat was great, easy to order, great price and delivered to my door in less than 24 hours. It's a 10/10 from me.”

“Ordered a Motorola g8 plus, best price I could find, didn't want next day delivery so just opted (and paid) for standard delivery, but a short while after placing the order had notification of delivery the following day! Unexpectedly quick, and easy ordering. (This of course only rates and reviews a successful transaction, I'm unable to comment on problem resolution by them)”

“Ordered Apple Air pods as they were the cheapest I could find on line. Even during lockdown delivery was next day although I only paid for standard and I got text alerts about when the driver was due. 1st class service. Very happy 😊”

“Really helpful on the phone as had problem ordering online. Bought a freezer and had it delivered the day after, although paid more than would have like but a lot of freezers were out of stock in these unprecedented times. It was also delivered earlier in the day than said. The only issue was it had been laid on its side during transit rather than upright which I informed Appliances Direct and the delivery company.”

“Purchased a portable aircon unit in preparation for summer and lockdown periods. Excellent communication and fast delivery. Unfortunately we have only briefly tested the unit to ensure it works, so cannot comment yet to its efficiency to cool on a hot day, as we haven’t had any yet!”
