“The service I got from the beginning to the end was first class. My washing machine needing replacing during the Covid 19 lockdown and finding a company that was able to fit the new machine was difficult. The girl at customer service arranged everything for me and the machine arrived as promised. Micah and his colleague fitted the new machine and took away the old one as arranged. He was friendly and professional and even straightened the cupboard door next to the integral washing machine. The price of the washing machine was the lowest I found, fitting fee was expensive but that could have been due to the lockdown, I was happy paying it to get the job done.”

“Looked for a gas bbq on numerous websites and Appliances Direct had the best range for the best prices. Delivery was made within 2 working days despite the ongoing pandemic and the drivers were great - letting me know 30 minutes before arrival when they would turn up. The bbq itself is excellent and easy enough to put together. Only downside is that it's been raining almost everyday since it arrived! Can't fault the service at all.”

“I ordered an Electriq HSL600 juicer and It arrived quickly especially with all postage delays. I was very impressed. Also the juicer is wonderful and does what it says. Only wish the Accesories was still available. Wonderful Service and experience!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!”

“I have bought appliances from this company twice in the last year. On both occasions the staff have been courteous, helpful and not pushy at all in trying to sell me something I didn’t want. They also delivered my appliances the next day and at the time stated. I would highly recommend to anyone to buy appliances from this company if they want value for money and the assistance of helpful polite staff.”
