“Sales order number 41155882. Ordered a Swann 5mp 4 Camera Nvr CCTV System. Amazing £100 cheaper than all other outlets we researched.Service was quite astounding, item delivered well before estimated date, very securely wrapped and communication between order and delivery ab top notch. As our fitter wont be available for a few weeks we just hope there is nothing missing or faulty with the system 😅😅😅”

“If I was reviewing the product and price only, I’d have given 5 stars. I dropped a star however as I chose a specific day for a delivery on the drop down menu provided, as it was the only day everyone would be home to receive the delivery. The next day I received an email from the courier telling me that had the item on the van and it was out for delivery that day!! Why ask what date I want delivery if you’re just going to delivery when you fancy? That said...the air con unit is brilliant. Easy to install and doing a great job for a brilliant price.”

“Thank you so much Appliance Direct. I have nothing but praise for the service I received when ordering a new cooker. I placed my order on Wednesday afternoon by phone with a very helpful lady, Zoe Smith. From then on I received e-mails. phone calls and texts keeping me informed as to delivery date and time etc. On Monday morning right on schedule my cooker arrived, was unpacked and installed by two very friendly and efficient men, Jamie and Lee who then took my old cooker away for disposal, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend Appliance Direct to others.”
