“The after sales service is very poor. My Russell Hobbs microwave which has a 2 year guarantee, has the wording on the control panel wearing off after only 3 months. I have been told that this is normal wear and tear - how can this be? If a computer keyboard had the same problem, I don’t think anyone would be likely to consider it to be anything other than a manufacturing fault. I will never buy anything from Appliances Direct again as they are very quick to give their reply rather than offer any practical help. I will be contacting Russell Hobbs directly and the Trading Standards to try to resolve this.”

“Real people on the telephone who helped with my order of a washer, freezer and fridge. Delivered on time by covid conscious drivers. Great service too when I had a small problem with a foot missing on the freezer. No problem, they offered to replace it completely! However I opted to just have a new foot, again the staff were fabulous, constantly checking that all was OK for me. Definitely recommend Appliances Direct 😄😄😄”

“A single part was missing from my bbq order. I emailed in the evening and received a personalised response the following day followed by a telephone call proposing a course of action. “Great service etc. Item i was looking for was "in stock". On that basis and with the price good i ordered online just before the cut off time. Was advised the item was dispatched and the courier advised prior when to expect the item delivered in a one hour time slot the next day. Terrific !! Having used this company before i was aware how reliable their service and delivery could be and will know doubt use them again in the future.”
