“I purchased a Hotpoint washing machine and price was competitive. Wash cycles long but they can be adjusted on some of the cycles. I like the larger door. Quite quiet compared to my last machine. Appliance Direct kept me informed of delivery gave a delivery day and slot and rang before actually delivering. Delivery men very polite and put new machine just inside the door for me. My old appliance was removed for recycling. Although only had a few days but so far please with my new machine.”

“WOW I am happy, so easy found what I wanted from a selection of eye level ovens and paid. I ordered at midday Sunday and it arrived on my doorstep Monday at 1030am. What could be better. Great price and fantastic delivery and as far as I can tell great build quality.”

“The online purchase and delivery experience was good, with the washing machine arriving when scheduled and without damage. So far (only 6 washes), the Haier HW80-B14636N has performed well. However, there were (and still are) inconsistencies in the information about the washing machine on Appliance Direct's website regarding its warranty (is it 2 or 5 years?). My queries about this were responded to in a timely manner by the Appliance Direct customer service team but they could have been clearer in their communications.”

“I ordered a pair of AirPod Pro’s for my partners birthday, the price couldn’t be bettered anywhere and delivery was quick. In short I’d have given a 5 star rating BUT.... I intended to order a case to keep them in, so I was delighted to find a special offer of a free case at checkout. You might think this is a good thing, I’d agree, but having just open the packaging to wrap the gift the case wasn’t there. I’ll now need to buy one, a bit disappointing.”
