“Hello just to let you know that Appliances Direct, were very professional to deal with, l spoke to two gentleman from your Company, firstly to order my cooker, which unfortunately had to go back as it was damaged, and secondly to a very polite guy who arranged a refund for me, l have checked my account and the refund has been paid. “The order for my microwave to just over 24hours to arrive and the box looks in good condition but I have not opened it as it is a present for someone else. I have used this company several times now and have had no issues to date and will no doubt use them again in the future.”
