“Ordered my second aircon unit a couple of days ago and it arrive in perfect condition within 4 days including the weekend. The first unit was a split one this one is an all in one unit, if it’s as good as the previous ElectriQ I’ll be very happy. Just one negative, their software doesn’t differentiate between DIY units and those that must be commissioned by an refrigeration engineer. Both of mine are the DIY type but because of the software clitch they email for details I just rang them and all was sorted. I also took out the extended warranty on my new model, IQOOL-SMART12HP”
