“Smooth service from purchase to delivery. Delivery driver rang 30 minutes before arrival as promised. He was very respectful of my property and put the washing machine exactly where I asked him to put it.”

“I'm always a little cautious when ordering online from a company first time having been scammed before, but cannot recommend Appliances Direct enough. Price was better than elsewhere, delivery was very speedy (quicker than expected) and customer service was superb when dealing with a minor subsequent issue - immediate response to a query and resolution within 24 hours. So much better than the vast majority I've dealt with.”

“I bought a meaco dehumidifier from Appliance Direct a couple of years ago which developed a fault. Appliance Direct collected the dehumidifier but despite being unable to replicate the fault replaced it immediately without any fuss at no cost (next day delivery). The service was seamless. Staff were friendly and efficient. I will certainly use Appliances Direct again when purchasing electrical appliances.”
