“I've used Appliance Direct many times. I've always found them to be polite and helpful. I had a problem with a unit just inside the warranty period, they arranged pick up at a time suitable to me. They then offered alternatives. I ended up having a refund as I had already purchased another unit from them. Everything was done with minimum of fuss. I would highly recommend this company, I will continue to use them.”

“I was worried because my mirror would not turn on from several months and didn’t know if the company would repair or exchange it. One day i said I’ll give it a go. Contacted them and i think within a week or so they arrenged collection inspected product and resent me the very next day replacement mirror. Thank you.”

“Excellent! I couldn't ask for better service. I reported a recent fault with my dehumidifier which I had purchased several months earlier. The friendly, helpful customer service team arranged a date to collect it and I received a brand new one the next day! I recommend them highly and would definitely buy from Appliances Direct again.”
