“Ordered a microwave/grill/oven and it was delivered promptly but it had a damaged door. I phoned customer services and did not have to wait long before speaking to an agent. He understood the problem and clearly explained how the company dealt with such events. He arranged collection of the damaged machine and a replacement was sent a day later. I was pleased and relieved AD acted so efficiently in replacing this machine.”

“Was delivered on the day it was supposed to although arrived after the allotted time which did worry me. Tried to call and noone picked up the phone. When you search the number it comes up as possible scam. They should do something about that as it creates stress for the customer. When unpacked I became aware of a damaged part and to their credit customer services replaced this within 2 days of me contacting them. The bbq looks incredible and I'm looking forward to cooking on it. Let's hope we have an Indian Summer.”

“I've used them before: Fridge freezer, Laptop, Oven and now 2 x Flymo grass strimmers. They were the best price on the internet, though they do not show up in price comparison sites. Excellent items and prices and delivery using DPD (Same driver who does my Hello Fresh). Delivered to my door on time. I will continue to add them in on my price comparisons and purchase from them.”
