“Induction hob was due 30th November, but it arrived 17th November and in pristine condition! (Our previous one from another company arrived smashed). Extremely impressed with speed of delivery especially considering I live on an island and not mainland uk. Delivery company then kept me up to date all the way. Really impressed. Will buy from you again and give that enormous company beginning with A, a miss.”

“Search the internet for a dehumidifier did a lot of searching found what I wanted on Appliances Direct at the price I wanted to pay.Very good delivery but sadly item was faulty so,I got in touch with their customer services Dept and had my complete refund back in my bank account within 4 working days..Ye even with my faulty item I would still buy fromAppliances Direct again.Great service and even better customer service.”
