“Customer service was excellent and the prices are very good with an excellent range of stock.. Delivery was arranged quickly but was let down by DPD who failed to deliver (apparently they couldn't find my address) however appliance direct quickly refunded the next day delivery charge within an hour.. Definitely recommend applicance direct.. Very happy with the service”

“Dpd damaged my first one before delivery and appliance direct sent a replacement to arrive on the Saturday...which was new years eve without quibble..and without even getting the damaged one back from DPD... Luckily they managed to deliver this one without fuss and its a cracking little dehumidifier.”

“No Complaints about purchase or delivery ‘next day’ ordered at 13:00 ish. I ordered the wall mounted self fit air con de humidifier air source heater thingy. It works well and was easy to fit. ‘You need two 180mm holes and one 25mm hole so decent SDS and core drill or brick saws will be needed.”

“Very good service,apart from delivery from dpd and paying next day delivery but supplier said they would refund me as dpd didn't deliver next day,rang customer service was very long winded and hard to understand person i was speaking too,but i great appliance with no problems,i would recommend”
