“Really pleased. I returned a faulty air conditioner/heat pump still under guarantee. They didn't quibble, just picked it up and offered a replacement. Although I did have to send a video to prove it was faulty, which was fair enough. I didn't want the same unit again so it was replaced with a different one, which was cheaper and they refunded the difference. Pretty good I thought.”

“Yes a big online store, but they made me feel good, and they are very Helpful no matter what others are stating. My purchase was big as I just moved in a new house, and I've made a mistake, but with their willing help I've managed to sort it out after 3 month. I am a returning costumer, and I will always do, but not based on my recent experience, based on their helpful costumer services!”

“We purchased a Zanussi gas hob and cannot believe how efficient and quick our delivery was. It was ordered on a Thursday late afternoon and about an hour later we had a call from their customer services confirming us and thanking us for the order. Later that night I had an email saying it had been dispatched and would arrive the next day (Friday). I was kept up to date with a one hour delivery window and it arrived on time. Great company to deal with and will use again.”
