“Excellent service all round. The price was the best I could find elsewhere for the item, with a sensible delivery fee. The delivery was made promptly, only 4 days from ordering and the couriers couldn't have been more helpful. I received a call from Appliance Direct confirming the order details, offering the option to take out an extended cover over the manufacturers guarantee too, although I didn't take this out it was good to have the option.”

“I placed an order for 2 separate items and the first part of the order was delivered very promptly. However the 2nd part of my order was missed through no fault of Appliances Direct, just a lazy DPD driver who clearly couldn't be bothered to make the delivery and then tried to suggest that I wasn't available, which wasn't true. When I informed Appliances Direct of this issue, they immediately rectified the problem and I then received my item 24 hours later. Well done AD.”
