“Customer service was great. I phoned for some info before I ordered a Beko fridge freezer and the young lady was very helpful, she also took my order (around 10:00 am). I needed a new fridge urgently because I keep insulin in it during the current heatwave. Next day delivery was £35, which I thought was a bit much, but I chose to pay it. The new fridge freezer was delivered and in place by 8:30 am the following morning. Great service and despite numerous bad reviews of ArrowXL on the internet, the two guys who delivered the fridge freezer were helpful, careful near doors, walls ,etc and left the house and garden clear of all packaging. All in all a good job, thanks.”

“Price was competitive. Was able to speak to a sales advisor, Faizan, who was very helpful throughout. Initial delivery date went back by one day, but customer services called me to advise and re-booked the next day. The installers of my integrated fridge freezer were great, improving the alignment of the cabinet door opening - thanks guys.”

“I searched for new induction hob as ours just stopped working. Did not want to pay over the odds as don’t use it much. Found one that evening here and it came in two days. Great communication about delivery from dpd and job was perfect”
