“Great price for the induction hob i bought. It came as planned, installed now and working perfectly. They called between order and delivery to make sure i understood delivery arrangements, tried to flog me an after service package which i didn't want but they weren't pushy. Overall very happy and would use again without hesitation.”

“I ordered the Amberglo white wall hung fireplace. I got to choose a delivery date without having to pay any extra charge which was great. The delivery went smoothly and on time on the chosen day. Kept up to date with live tracking as well. Fireplace arrived fully assembled and securely boxed. It only took me 5 minutes to mount it on a plasterboard wall with my own fixtures as the ones provided are for brick walls. Fireplace is gorgeous and had lots of compliments, highly recommended and I would use the company again!”

“I ordered a new kitchen sink and unfortunately it arrived with a lot of damage. I email customer service straight away with photos, within 10 minutes I had an apology and notification that a replacement had been despatched. The replacement arrived within 48 hours as promised and the sink was completely in tact. Fantastic customer service and I am a very happy customer.”
