“Fantastic Service ! I had arranged a delivery of a Gas Cooker from a similar company, I had arranged for a plumber to install the cooker on the day of delivery, this company had 2 days notice and to be fair they did give me a slot for delivery, I booked the Plumber to be at the property to fit the new cooker, on the day and time of delivery the driver knocked the door but didnt get any answer, the tenant was in the kitchen and didnt hear him, the delivery driver phoned me at 3.00pm, i missed his called, at 3.03 pm I returned his call and left a message, at 3.05 pm I received a call from head office saying that the driver had left and could not return to the address ! the earliest date was 48 hours later ! I cancelled the order and found appliances direct on the internet, I place the delivery at 3.35 pm and they delivered the next day at 10.15 am. Brilliant service I will defintely use this company again, Many Thanks”

“Unfortunately it arrived with a slight damage, phone them and they offered me a a part refund which I was extremely happy with. Really pleased with the manner in which they spoke to me. Would definitely buy from them again .”

“Fantastic service! I was let down by another well known company having waited over 2 weeks for delivery of a tumble dryer & then being told it was out of stock. Ordered on Appliances Direct and they delivered the tumble dryer 2 days later (2 days earlier than I expected! 😀) I also received regular updates on the progress of my order which was very helpful. I will be using Appliances Direct in the future & would definitely recommend the company to others. Thank you”

“I ordered a Hotpoint dishwasher on a Sunday night and it was delivered undamaged by extremely helpful delivery driver and co driver on the Thursday. They phoned in advance to ensure someone was available to take delivery of it. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the machine. The dishwasher is great and practically runs silently and was easy to install. I genuinely could not fault this purchase from ordering to delivery.”
