“Have used Appliances Direct over a few years for a number of puchases of different items. Always found them really helpful and items always delivered on time as agreed. So far not had any issues with faults so cannot comment further regarding customer service.”

“AD gave us the best price on our Hisense induction hob. Delivery was quick and the product arrived by DPD in perfect condition. Brilliant company would recommend them and would look to them first to supply my needs.”

“Completely satisfied with every aspect of my order. Ordered Saturday pm with a 5 day delivery and received it Monday am. Price most competitive for the item chosen. It appears to cover every requirement we need but not yet installed, so no experience of the machine itself. Looks good though!”

“had to exchange the cooker I'd bought. Rather than an exchange, I was able to arrange a return, and purchase a different model. I was also refunded the difference in cost. New cooker is great”

“The BBQ is brilliant but my favourite is the rotisserie, the chickens & meat slow roasted is absolutely fabulous. We use the mats for BBQ’ing so less mess & lovely tasty food, we all love it thank you 👍🏻”

“This was the first time we've used Appliances Direct & have been very impressed. Our dishwasher was delivered within a few days, we'd paid to have it connected, this turned out not to be a straight forward job but the guy didn't give up & worked very hard on an extremely hot & sticky day & eventually our machine was connected. We did discover that the cutlery basket was missing but when we contacted customer service they sorted it out for us very quickly. I think that you can judge a company by how well it deals with problems that may arise & Appliances Direct were brilliant & we'll definitely be using them again in the future.”

“This ice machine does exactly what it says it does, we are more than happy with it! Don’t need to plan making ice, just wait ten mins and you have your first glass full! Just perfect for our needs and not to bulky, easy to use, clean and store!”
