“Very impressed, delivery as expected. Was notified of the time of delivery and called on the day. Delivery drivers took the television into the room required and helped unpack before checking to ensure it was in perfect condition and taking photos of the tv.”

“The item I ordered wasn't delivered to South Normanton on time for me to pick up One of the office managers came down and put it on express delivery before lunchtime the day after or offered out of pocket expenses to go up to Huddersfield to fetch it The item was delivered by 11.30 the next day Excellent customer care, thanks very much”

“I've used Appliances Direct several times before and can't fault either the service, the choice or the prices. My latest purchase was a dishwasher and after going to several big stores only to find none of the type I need (fully integrated) to look at, there's loads to choose from on the AP website. Couple of clicks and it's all sorted. Delivery bang on time and kept very well informed. Can't ask for more!”
