“Ordered two air conditioning units, one turned up on the day it was booked to be delivered, but I had to email delivery company about the second one. They didn’t even bother to reply, so i emailed appliances direct and received the second one the next day. The delivery company, apc, already had the second unit at there depot. Delivery company needs to be changed.”
