“Absolute excellent customer service from Appliances Direct. We had an oven and warming drawer on order from the company we purchased our new kitchen from, unfortunately they have, 3 months after our initial order and 5 weeks after delivery and commencement of fittings the units, still not been able to fulfill the order of the oven and warming drawer, I reviewed Appliances Direct website and found the same make and model oven and very similar warming drawer. Although initially they also suggested a delayed delivery date following telephoning they advised the oven was in stock and delivered within 24 hours to us. Whilst we were still awaiting the warming drawer I noticed on their website another and after telephoning them they happily and extremely quickly amended my order and again arranged delivery within 24 hours. Their service has excelled my expectations and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
