“Needed new Miele washing machine asap. Tried my usual favourites John Lewis=non in stock. Tried Miele direct = no answer to call and no call back. Tried Appliances Direct = delivered the next day. Lee who took my order very helpful. Will go to Appliances Direct first next time I need a large household appliance.”
