“This was the first time I have used Appliance Direct and I found them very helpful with all aspects. My item was a Bosch Dishwasher. Delivery did get delayed which was outside of their control but their customer service in this respect, was 100%. I would buy from them again and recommend to all.”

“Ordered a Beko freezer in March for my vegetables and garden fruit to freeze this summer. It arrived on July 2nd so luckily in time for the harvest. I was always kept up to date with the possible delivery date. In these difficult times for a product that was not in stock when I made the order, built in Turkey, at last it’s sitting in my shed waiting to be filled which makes me happy.”

“Excellent service speedy helpful and very polite. Delivery was perfect timing and customer service was so quick to reply and send out missing part that I had overlooked!! They done really good with me as it was my problem not theirs but still took time and patience to assist me.”
