“After being given 3 delivery dates through December I was not happy at the prospect of not having my freezer by Xmas. However a phone call from a very nice lady assured me that it would definitely be here on the 15th which restored my faith. Following that I was kept informed as to the exact time allowing me to plan my day. Now very happy with a full freezer for Xmas.”

“Good value but very slow service. I also noticed that the price of certain items in the showroom were not the same as those online, if prices of items were displayed at all. Also the showroom itself could do with a bit if an update, I don't think it's changed in years. The staff were polite too I should add.”

“I needed to get a Hob quickly as the one that was coming with our new Kitchen was delayed to January 2021. I found the same one on Appliances Direct. Ordered it on the Friday afternoon and it was delivered less than 24 Hours later! Excellent service. Would highly recommend them.”

“Where do I start? No probs with orderong or Delivery.Customer Service is rubbish trying to get to speak to someone.I understand there are problems as the moment,but that doesnt excuse AD for keeping customers hanging on the phone having to listen to some awful music for 31 minutes after being told the wait time was 23 minutes,needless to say I hung up,I wasn't prepared to wait any longer,wasting my time.. The item I received was faulty,and I was phoning for it to be collected on Panasonics instructions. Will not be shopping with AD ever again.. Had to send email because couldn't speak on phone,just waiting now to see how long it will be before they respond..”

“I ordered a new oven which I was told would arrive within 5 working days. I then received 3 phone calls from appliance direct asking if I wanted to purchase oven insurance. When the oven had not arrived in 7 working days I was told that the oven was not actually in stock and would take a further two weeks to deliver... they also informed me that there were no more electrician slots until after Christmas. So we could receive our oven late and then not use it for 2 months...yay. Order cancelled, spent so long on the phone I was charged an extra £20 on my phone bill. Never using them again.”
