“I cannot fault Appliances Direct. Having prevoously ordered a tv online from another very well known store and having countless issues with the order, return and refund I was so happy to deal with AD. The TV was simple to order online and was followed by phone call less than an hour later from a friendly member of staff confirming what I had ordered and when it would be delivered. The TV was delivered when they said it would be and in perfect condition. I have one very happy daughter. Thank you Appliances Direct we will definitely be using you again.”

“Premium rate phone number cost a fortune. cooker was supposed to be delivered and got message the night before to say almost a month delay - surely they were aware if this more than a few hours before it was due to be delivered”
